Daniel Gardner Taber

In 1860, Daniel Taber was living in New Bedford, Massachusetts with his second wife Carrie (Clark) and two sons by his first marriage. His occupation is given as ambrotypist.

He was blown up in the ironclad Tecumseh, in the Battle of Mobile Bay, on August 5, 1864. Carrie Taber remarried after the war.
